During sign-up and login, we collect email, nickname, age group, and authentication-related information.

If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google and use them only to create your account, keep you signed in, and display your public profile.

When you upload games, play, like content, comment, report, or make payments, service usage records and necessary operational metadata may be generated.

To serve ads and analyze the service, we may collect cookies, device/advertising identifiers, and access logs (IP address, browser/device information, etc.).

We use personal information to create and maintain accounts, enable game uploads and feed visibility, and provide community features.

We may analyze usage records to detect spam, abuse, copyright infringement, security threats, and improve service quality.

Member information is retained for the duration of account maintenance. Upon account deletion or removal requests, information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and operational requirements.

Information required for settlement, payment, dispute resolution, security logs, and other legal or operational purposes may be retained for the necessary duration.

To operate the service, Zampety delegates the processing of personal information to the following providers, and information is processed only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

Cloud / Database: Supabase, Inc.

Advertising: Google LLC (AdSense / AdMob)

Payments: Merchant of Record payment processor

We do not arbitrarily sell personal information to third parties except when required by law or with your explicit consent.

Zampety serves ads through Google AdSense and AdMob, and cookies and advertising identifiers may be used for personalized advertising in this process.

You can refuse or reset the collection of personalized advertising identifiers in your browser settings or device ad settings, and you can change your preferences in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).

You may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of the processing of your personal information.

You may exercise these rights by contacting the Privacy Officer below, and we will act without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

This service in principle restricts sign-up by children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

If we confirm that information from a child under 14 has been collected, we delete it without undue delay.
