Terms of Service

Zampety provides a web game feed for quick gameplay sessions, game uploads, creator profiles, and community features including comments and likes.

The service is ad-supported. Zampety may display advertising on service surfaces such as the feed and explore sections and retains the resulting advertising revenue. Ads are shown on service surfaces, not injected into individual game content itself.

Service features may be improved or changed during beta operation, and important changes will be announced through in-service notifications.

Users must safely manage their account information and must not use other users' accounts or infringe upon their rights.

Illegal content, malicious code, infringing materials, excessive violence or sexual content, and spam activities may be restricted.

This service in principle restricts sign-up by children under the age of 14.

Creators may only upload games and media that they have directly created or for which they have legitimate usage rights.

Misuse of comments, reports, and like/dislike features, or attempts to manipulate public opinion, may result in account restrictions.

Payment terms for subscriptions follow the conditions displayed during payment, our Refund Policy, and separate notices. Subscriptions renew automatically each month and can be cancelled at any time.

Paid subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of payment in accordance with our Refund Policy, which sets out the specific refund criteria and procedures.

Creator support (tips) is handled directly with creators through external channels; Zampety is not a party to those transactions.

Some features or account access may be temporarily or permanently restricted to ensure service stability, protect users, and respond to policy violations.

Users may contact the administrator if they wish to dispute account restrictions.

Members may report content distributed on the platform that they believe violates these Terms or our operational policies. Reports are classified as 'operational policy violations (copyright infringement, harmful content, malware, hate or defamation)' or 'general feedback (system bugs, controls, and other gameplay experience).'

Strikes are assigned only to valid reports classified as operational policy violations; general feedback reports carry no strike and are forwarded to the creator for improvement reference only.

When a single piece of content receives 5 or more (Five-Strike) operational policy violation reports from distinct members, that content is automatically and immediately blinded (visibility restricted), and may be restored or permanently deleted after final review by our operators.

To protect a healthy platform ecosystem, the Company strictly prohibits false reports.

If a member is found to repeatedly and intentionally file baseless false reports for the purpose of defaming a creator or interfering with their activity, that member is classified as a malicious user.

For members confirmed to have filed malicious false reports, the Company may, at its discretion, apply a first-stage 30-day suspension and a second-stage permanent account suspension and access block, and may pursue legal liability for damages caused to creators or other third parties.

Intellectual property rights, including copyright, in games and media uploaded by creators belong to the original rights holder (the creator or a party with valid rights). By uploading content, the creator grants Zampety a non-exclusive license to store, stream, and display that content solely to operate the service.

Users may not download, copy, extract, decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, redistribute, re-upload, or hotlink/embed on third-party sites any game or content (build files, code, images, audio, etc.) without the rights holder's prior consent. Games are provided for in-browser play only.

Automated collection (scraping) and bulk-download attempts are prohibited; violations may result in restriction of access and legal liability.

If you believe your copyright or other rights have been infringed, you may notify us. Please include: (1) the URL or location of the infringing content, (2) a description of the original work you claim is infringed, (3) your name and contact information, and (4) a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or an authorized agent.

Reporting channels: the in-service contact page (/contact) or zampety.official@gmail.com.

Zampety will review valid infringement notices and may remove or restrict the content, and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe others' rights. A poster who disagrees with a removal may submit a counter-notice to request re-review.

These Terms and matters relating to the use of Zampety are interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any dispute arising in connection with use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court. However, rights guaranteed by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your place of residence apply regardless of this clause.
